The Autonomy Commission

Two Courses for the
Woman Who Has Been
Carrying It Alone

One course names what the marriage has been costing you. The other names what your body has been carrying. They were built to be taken together.

See the Two Courses

There are two kinds of weight a woman in a difficult marriage carries. There is the weight of the marriage itself, the slow accumulation of years of being responsible for the weather of the room. And there is a quieter, more private weight, carried in the body, in the most intimate territory she has, where the cost of the marriage has been deposited in tissue, in numbness, in the slow disappearance of her own ground.

Most women, when they begin this work, do not yet know which weight is heavier. They only know that something has been wrong for a long time and that the frameworks they have tried have not addressed the underlying problem. The Autonomy Commission has built two courses for exactly this woman. One for the marriage. One for the body. Both are diagnostic. Both end in her recovery of her own ground. They are presented here as a paired offering because the work of one deepens the work of the other.

The Two Courses

Built Separately. Designed Together.

Each course stands alone. Each course addresses what the other cannot. Together, they walk the full territory.

Course One

It Is Not Your Fault or Responsibility

A Course of Study for Women in Difficult Marriages

This course names the foundational lie that the weather of the marriage was yours to manage. It teaches the work of stopping the temperature management, holding your own ground in conflict, and recognizing what your husband reveals about himself as your management ends.

Structure. Two sub-courses. Eight modules. Thirty-five lessons. Worksheets, lectures, reflections.

Arc. The lie you inherited. What safe and peace actually mean. The masks that promised protection. The invisible contracts. The woman who remains. What comes next.

Companion. A 35 Chains and Freedoms reference, mapped to the Six C's of Autonomy.

Course Two

The Body That Is Yours

A Course of Study for Sexual Sovereignty

This course names the foundational lie that your body became his when you married him. It teaches the practice of remaining inside your own body during intimacy, holding your own version of what happens, and recovering the sexual self who was always there.

Structure. Two sub-courses. Eight modules. Thirty-four lessons. Worksheets, lectures, reflections.

Arc. The lies you were sold about your body. What sovereignty actually means. What pleasure actually is. The five masks your sexuality has been wearing. The four invisible sexual contracts. The sovereign body. What comes next.

Companion. A 45 Chains and Freedoms reference for sexual sovereignty, mapped to the Six C's of Autonomy.

How They Work Together

Each Opens What the Other Cannot Reach

The two courses address different dimensions of the same underlying architecture. Most women who begin with one eventually need both. The pairing was not accidental. It was built.

I
Same Architecture
Both courses rest on Resonant Identity Theory. Identity is recognized, not constructed. Recovery is excavation, not addition. The Six C's of Autonomy structure both courses. The voice and method are continuous from one to the other.
II
Different Territory
The marriage course addresses the emotional and relational architecture. The body course addresses the sexual and somatic architecture. The two territories overlap, but they require different treatment. One cannot be substituted for the other.
III
Built to Be Paired
The body course assumes work the marriage course has done. It can be taken alone, but it goes further when the relational ground has already been laid. Most women take the marriage course first, then move into the body course when they are ready.
Investment

Two Courses. Three Ways to Take Them.

Each course is offered at two levels. The third option is the path most women eventually walk. Enrollment is by consultation, never by checkout.

The Path Most Women Walk

The Tier III Add-On for Women Already Inside the Marriage Course

$1,000
Saves $4,000 against the standalone body course price of $5,000

Women already enrolled in the marriage course can add the body course at the Tier III rate. It is a single decision, made when the body work begins to reveal itself as the next territory.

Most women do not, at the moment of enrolling in the marriage course, know that the body course will eventually become necessary. They come to the marriage course because the relational architecture has reached a breaking point. Six weeks in, eight weeks in, twelve weeks in, the body work begins to surface. The chains of the sexual architecture become visible. The recognition arrives that the marriage course alone, while substantial, will not address what the body has been carrying. The Tier III rate honors the woman already inside the work, by making the next step into the body course something she can take without the standalone investment.

Who These Courses Are For

For the Woman Who Already Knows

These courses are for the woman who has been doing the impossible alone for a long time, and is ready to see clearly what she has been inside of.

For the woman who is married to a man she loves and cannot live with in the current shape of the marriage.

For the woman who has read the books, tried the frameworks, done the work, and has not been able to locate what is structurally wrong.

For the woman whose body has been quiet during intimacy for years and who can no longer pretend the quiet is fine.

For the woman who has been managing his weather for so long that she no longer remembers what her own weather feels like.

For the woman from a religious or traditional background who has been told her availability is her obedience and who is beginning to wonder.

For the woman who suspects, increasingly, that the marriage cannot continue in its current shape, but does not yet know what shape would be possible.

For the woman who is ready to stop carrying this alone.

Honest Expectations

What These Courses Will and Will Not Do

What These Courses Will Do

Make the architecture visible that has been operating invisibly in your marriage and your body for years.

Give you the vocabulary, the diagnostic, and the practice to navigate what is actually true rather than what has been described.

Produce, slowly, the woman who is capable of seeing her marriage clearly and making decisions from her own ground rather than from accumulated calculation.

Restore your access to your own body, your own desire, your own no and your own yes.

What These Courses Will Not Do

Tell you whether to stay or leave. The decision is yours, and it arrives in its own time, from the woman the work has produced.

Give you scripts for confrontations or strategies for negotiating with him. The work runs on recognition rather than confrontation.

Promise that your husband will become the partner you wished he would be. He will reveal himself, and what he reveals is information.

Replace professional therapeutic, legal, or medical support. These are institutional courses, not substitutes for the help your specific situation may require.

A Note Before You Begin

If Your Body Is Currently in Danger

If you are experiencing or have recently experienced any form of sexual coercion, physical harm, or threat in your marriage, these courses are not the first call. The first call is to professionals built for exactly that. The work here is companion to that help, not substitute for it.

National Domestic Violence Hotline. 1-800-799-7233

National Sexual Assault Hotline. 1-800-656-HOPE

Both are confidential. Both are available twenty-four hours a day. Reaching for them is not a betrayal of your marriage. It is a basic act of self-preservation, and you have every right to it.

When You Are Ready,
The Conversation Is Yours

Enrollment in either course is by consultation. Not by checkout, not by automatic intake, not by a sales call dressed up in spiritual language. A real conversation, with James Tippins, about whether one of these courses is right for the particular life you are inside of.
